What this site is
Aincrad.wiki is a fan-made resource dedicated to Echoes of Aincrad, the action RPG from Game Studio Inc. and Bandai Namco Entertainment. We launched ahead of the game's release to do one thing well: collect every officially confirmed fact — trailers, store listings, interviews and patch notes — into clear, accurate, readable guides.
How we handle accuracy
Launch coverage is noisy, and pre-release speculation does not become true just because the game is out. Our rule is simple: official information, dated demo observations, retail findings and editorial analysis are labeled separately. Numerical claims are included only when a cited source or visible game interface supports them; qualitative recommendations are identified as analysis.
Editorial method
Every guide is written for a specific reader question, cites its main sources, and adds original explanation rather than reproducing store copy or another publication. Official Bandai Namco material establishes game facts; gameplay footage is used to explain timing, routes and combat decisions; community reports are treated as supporting evidence rather than automatic fact. Corrections are logged through the contact address below.
Authors, updates and corrections
Pages credited to the Aincrad.wiki Editorial Team are researched, edited and maintained by this independent site. The visible update date reflects the last substantive editorial revision, not an automatic timestamp. News coverage keeps its publication date; evergreen guides are revised when an official source, patch or clear correction changes the answer a player needs.
We correct factual errors when the primary source supports a change. If you spot one, send the page URL, the exact claim and the relevant official source through Contact. We will review it, update the page when warranted and preserve the distinction between a publisher-confirmed fact and our own analysis. We do not accept payment for favorable coverage or present sponsored material as an independent guide.
Independence
Aincrad.wiki is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bandai Namco Entertainment, Game Studio Inc., or any rights holder of the Sword Art Online franchise. Game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; they are used here for identification only. Original illustrations and site design are our own. Gameplay screenshots and trailer footage remain the property of Bandai Namco Entertainment and their respective owners; we use them under fair use for identification and commentary, and credit player-captured footage to its source.
